Our
Authentic Merchandise will only be shipped to a Confirmed
Address or Confirmed email address.
All Orders
must include a working email address and working telephone number.
We might need to email or call and verify order details. If
incorrect information is submitted it will delay the order process.
We generally ship all items
within 48-72 hours. Our items may occasionally sell out before
we have had a chance to update our inventory. In the event
that the item you have purchased is 'temporarily' out of stock, we
will notify you by email or telephone, and let you know the
approximate shipping date. We order our merchandise daily and
our stock lists are updated accordingly.
Shipping charges are
automatically calculated during checkout and are charged according
to location, size and weight, of the merchandise being shipped.
If multiple items are purchased your package will only be charged
for the total weight of the item. All items are shipped USPS
Priority Mail with insurance and signature required tracking
included.

We ship to the United States and most International Locations. Please email
us prior to placing your order for an International destination.

All international order requests must be sent to us with a detailed
email description of what item you wish to purchase. We will
answer your request within 24 hours of receiving your email.
We ship all
international orders Express Mail Only! Shipping fees are
calculated at checkout according to location, weight, and
merchandise that is being shipped. It
is very important for International clients to remember to include a
valid telephone and email address.

Also, make
sure that all shipping details are accurate. We will not be
responsible for loss due to the wrong shipping information being
entered by the customer. We have to have accurate information for

and exchange policy is very strict. Buyers deserve to buy the
best and know that the item they purchase will be delivered safely.
Luxury Diva Moda takes every precaution to ensure that what we send
to each and every customer is carefully packaged to avoid any damage
which might occur during shipping. We also have attached
security tags to each and every item to prevent items being
exchanged which are not Luxury Diva Moda items. We ship all
merchandise Priority or Express Service with signature required
delivery confirmation and insurance.
Luxury Diva Moda inspects all
products prior to shipment to insure the highest quality. We
will exchange products with manufacturer defects provided we are
notified by email within 4 days of package delivery. After 4
days of confirmed delivery all sales are final. Items may be
returned for
store credit to be used for another purchase.
All returned items must be brand new and completely unused with all
accessories, security tags and wrapping in tact, otherwise All
Sales Are Final

refundable and we do not pay for return shipping.

when returning merchandise. Our shipping department will NOT
accept deliveries without an RMA # on the
OUTSIDE of the box.
1) Please send an email to
customerservice@luxurydivamoda.com
to obtain a Return Merchandise
Authorization number (RMA).
2) Write your RMA #
on a copy of your invoice & the outside of the shipping box.
3) We strongly recommend that you
ship the return using a shipping option with signature required
tracking and insurance. We will not accept any liability for
packages returned that were not insured or monitored via signature
delivery confirmation.
4) Exchange Returns are typically
processed within one - two weeks of delivery.
