Q. Are all of your products authentic?

A. Yes they are!  We are very proud of each and every product on our web site www.LuxuryDivaModa.com which is brand new and guaranteed 100% authentic. We only purchase merchandise from reputable established suppliers in Italy who offer genuine authentic designer merchandise at the best available prices. We pass on the affordable prices for authentic designer handbags, clothing and accessories to our potential customers. Please see our "Authenticity Guide" for more information.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
 
A. We accept all major credit cards; Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.  Our Payments are processed with the help of PayPal secure online payment services.  You DO NOT need a PayPal account to pay on our website.  Our payment system enables you to pay with any credit card you prefer safely and securely.  We never store your personal and private information on our website or on our servers hosting site. We can NOT accept VISA cards issued by international banks unless they support the AVS address verification system. We also accept Western Union Payments.

Q. When will my credit card be charged?
 
A. Your credit card will not be charged until after your order has been fully processed and is ready to ship to you.
 
Q. When will I receive my product?

A. Orders are usually processed within 24 hours if the order is placed before 3:00 PM (MST) and usually will ship within one or two business days. Delivery time depends on your shipping method. Your order confirmation email will contain information on how to track your shipment.  If for any reason the product you have ordered is 'temporarily' out of stock, we will notify you immediately and give you the shipping status of your merchandise. 

Q. How much will my shipping charges be?
 
A. During the order process you will be offered a choice of shipping methods. The charges for products, shipping, and any applicable sales taxes will be calculated based on your shipping address. These amounts will be displayed before you finalize your order.

Q. Do you charge sales tax?
 
A. There is NO sales tax charged for orders outside the State of Utah. State law does require us to charge 6.60% sales tax to any order that is shipped or charged to a Utah address.
 
Q. What if I need to return my order?
 
A. Sure, No Problem. You may return an item in its original unused condition for an exchange or store credit by requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 3 days of delivery. See our store "Returns" page for more information.

Q. Is it safe to use my credit card?
 
A. Yes. Internet Online Shopping is not only convenient is has proven to be safer than giving your credit card to a retail store associate. Q.  How do I know when I am on a Secure Web Page within the Luxury Diva Moda Website?

A.  When you are on a web page on our website that requires personal information to be entered (i.e., Your Name, Address, Phone Number, Credit Card Information, etc..) you will see that the "http" in the URL Address at the top of your screen will change to "https".  This indicates that you are on a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) area of www.LuxuryDivaModa.com  
 
Q. Can I place an order for international delivery?
 
A. Sure! We Welcome International Buyers and we are happy to accept international orders. However, we can only accept credit card payment if we can verify the credit card billing address. We will accept Bank to Bank Transfers and Western Union as payment options.  Please click on "International Ordering Section"  on our 'Conditions of Use' page for detailed information about International Orders and Processing.

Q. Is it possible to order a handbag or purse that I did not see on your website?

A. Sure!  Just send us an email at
sales@luxurydivamoda.com with the requested Designer brand name, color, and the style/model number.  If you don't know the style/model number please give a brief description of the handbag you are looking for. We will get back to you a.s.a.p. with the availability and price.
